The Tender Concerns A Contract For Construction Management In Connection With A New Building At Next Campus Nørrebro. The Next Campus Nørrebro Project Aims To Create An Attractive Youth Environment Where Young People Can Develop Professionally, Both Individually And Together As A Community. The Developers Vision For The Project Is For It To Be A Flagship For A Study Environment That Represents New Ways Of Thinking Together Workshop Areas, Theory Rooms And Common Areas, And Which Supports The Development Of Both High Professionalism And Well-Being. The Youth Environment Must Be Particularly Attractive For 15-20-Year-Olds, Who Can Develop Through Inspiring Education Courses And Strong Communities At Next Campus Nørrebro. The Project Is Realized With Support From The A. P. Møller Foundation On The Basis Of A Project Competition Which The Client Launched In December 2024 Under The Working Title Practice Academy. Subsequently, In August, A Total Consulting Agreement Was Concluded With The Winner Of The Competition, Cubo Arkitekter A/S, With The Sub-Consultants Nordic Office Of Architecture A/S, Detblå Aps And Dominia A/S. The Project Has A Gross Area Of ​​A Total Of 5,646 M2, Distributed Over 3 Buildings Of 2-4 Floors, With Associated Outdoor Areas. The Developer Has Set Aside A Construction Sum Of Approx. 159 Million Dkk For Realization Of The Project. The Project Is Now In The Planning Phase And Is Expected To Be Tendered In September 2026. In Connection With The Execution And Delivery Of The Main Contract, The Client Needs Consultancy Assistance In The Form Of Construction Management. The Client Has Now Made The Decision To Launch The Tender For The Construction Management Task. The Offer Deadline Is Set For 19 May 2026, After Which The Conclusion Of The Agreement Is Expected To Take Place On 9 June 2026. The Agreement On Construction Management Is Expected To Extend Over The Period From June 2026 To August 2029. The Agreement Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Terms And Conditions That Appear In The Tender Documents, Including The Draft Contract With Annexes.
