The Task Will Be Performed In The Design And Build Mode, Based On A Functional And Utility Program. The Order Will Include The Development Of Technical Documentation For The Fire Station Building, Including Land Development, And Construction Works Related To Its Construction And Finishing. The Purchase Of Room Equipment Is Also Planned To Ensure That The Fire Station Performs Its Intended Functions. The Investment Concerns 3 Undeveloped Plots In The Town Of Dziewiętlice. (No. 549/33, 549/32, 549/31). The Fire Station Building Was Designed As A Single-Story Building, Accessible To People With Physical Disabilities; In Addition, It Is Planned To Purchase Room Markings For The Visually Impaired And Induction Loops For People With Hearing Disabilities, As Well As The Construction Of A Parking Space For People With Disabilities. The Works Related To The Development Of The Area Include An Entrance, Main Entrance, Internal Roads, Parking Spaces, Lighting, Monitoring, A Waste Collection Area, A Fence, A Boiler Room With A Heat Pump, A Septic Tank, An External Hydrant, A Flag Pole And The Necessary Cutting Of Greenery Along With Replacement Plantings. The Designed Building Includes The Following Rooms: Communication, Training Room/Gym, Office, Kitchen, Cleaning Rooms, Laundry Room, Bathroom And Toilet, Clean And Dirty Cloakroom, Equipment Warehouse, Vestibule, Garage, Boiler Room, Workshop, Hose Drying Room And A Training Tower With A Staircase. All Rooms Serve To Restore The Operational And Logistic Functions Of The Unit, Enabling It To Carry Out Its Statutory Tasks. There Is A Heating Installation Equipped With A Heat Supply Regulation System, Which Affects The Energy Efficiency Of The Building. Heating Is Planned To Use Ecological Pellets And A Heat Pump. The Design (Technical) Documentation Designed As Part Of The Order Cannot Provide For Solutions Based On Fossil Fuels. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1. Development Of Full Technical Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To The Specification;2.
