The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Expansion Of The Municipal Road No. 002813F Smoliny-Staw In The Lubiszyn Commune. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of The Task Includes Construction Works Related To The Expansion Of The Municipal Road No. 002813F In The Lubiszyn Commune. The Investment Area Is Located Between The Towns Of Podlesie And Staw In The Lubiszyn Commune. The Beginning Of The Expansion Is Located At The Intersection With District Road 1420F, While The End Intersects With The Municipal Road In Staw. The Area Belongs To The Province Of The Central European Plain, The Macro-Region Of The Toruń-Eberswald Pradolina. Existing Conditionthe Municipal Road Subject To Expansion Should Be Divided Into Two Sections: - Section I - At Km 0+000 - 1+662 Where The Existing Geometry Is Irregular, With A Width Of 3 To 4.5 Meters And A Surface Made Of Mixtures Of Stone And Concrete Aggregates. There Is No Regular Drainage. Exits To Private Properties As Well As Forest Areas Are Made With A Dirt Surface. - Section Ii - At Km 1+662 - 2+989 Where The Existing Road Geometry Is More Regular. The Road Width Is Between 2.8-3.5 Meters And The Road Surface Is Made Of Asphalt Concrete. The Condition Of The Surface Should Be Assessed As Average Resulting From The Final Phase Of Durability. New Potholes Appear Regularly And The Road Edges Continue To Deteriorate. Drainage Is Carried Out Through Surface Flow Of Water Into The Surrounding Area. Designed Conditionthe Scope Of Expansion Adapts The Designed Road To Statutory Requirements While Improving Safety.
