Task No. 1 - Purchase With Successive Deliveries Of Epaulettes - Estimated Total Quantity Of 4,610 Sets (1 Set Constitutes 2 Pcs.) - A Detailed List With The Estimated Quantity Of Individual Steps Is Provided In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - List Of Assortments. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Is Not Less Than 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of The Protocol Receipt Of The Assortment By The Ordering Party. The Warranty Period Is Indicated By The Contractor In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz - Offer Form. If A Warranty Period Shorter Than The Minimum Is Indicated, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Entire Assortment Be Brand New, Free From Technical And Legal Defects, Approved For Trading, Grade I, Meet The Quality And Performance Standards In Accordance With The Documentation Attached To The Procedure And Be Consistent With The Guidelines Contained In The Current Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration On Police Uniforms. Until The Order Is Received By The Ordering Party, The Risk Of Any Dangers Related To Possible Damage Or Loss The Subject Of The Order Is Borne By The Contractor. The Quantities Of The Assortment Indicated In The Tender Documentation Are Indicative Quantities And Do Not Constitute An Obligation. The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Indicate The Actual Number Of Products That Will Be Ordered By Him, Because Depending On The Dynamics Of Personnel Movements, Which Are Impossible To Predict In The Long Term, The Needs For A Specific Product Range Will Change.
