The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Lubańska Tower In Lwówek Śląski, Consisting In Installing Electrical And Telecommunications Installations In The Facility. The Planned Reconstruction Changes The Technical Parameters Of The Facility In Terms Of Fire Regulations. The Tower Will Serve As A Viewing Point. The Lubańska Tower Was Renovated In 2018 And Is Currently In Good Technical Condition. The Tower Is A Characteristic Point Of Lwówek Śląski. Located At The Intersection Of Kościelna And Orzeszkowa Streets. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Adapt The Facility For Visitors, Which Will Serve As A Viewing Point For The Panorama Of Lwówek Śląski With The Following Specific Indications: A) Limited And Restricted Access To The Building; More Than 10 People Are Not Expected To Stay In The Building At The Same Time; Admission To The Observation Tower Will Be Controlled In Such A Way That No More Than 10 People Will Stay In The Facility At The Same Time, B) Ensuring Access To The Building Only During The Presence And Supervision Of The Facilitys Staff, C) Training The Facilitys Staff In The Principles Of Evacuation, Alarming And The Use Of Fire Protection Installations And Handy Fire-Fighting Equipment Included In The Buildings Equipment, D) Equipping The Building With Emergency Evacuation Lighting, Operating For At Least 1 Hour After The Loss Of Basic Lighting With An Intensity Of At Least 5 Lx In The Axis Escape Route, Lighting Will Be Located In The Staircase And On Each Floor, E) Use Of Illuminated Evacuation Signs Indicating Evacuation Directions, F) Equipping Each Floor With A Portable Fire Extinguisher With An Extinguishing Agent Weight Of At Least 25 Kg (Ap-25X Abc), G) Equipping The Building With An Evacuation Rescue Chair For The Evacuation Of People With Limited Mobility, H) Installing A Fire Alarm System Covering The Entire Building - Total Protection, I.E. Protection Of All Rooms And Spaces Along With The Connection (Monitoring) Of The Fire Alarm System With The Facility Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Lwówek Śląski. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Entitled Reconstruction Of The Lubanska Tower In Lwówek Śląski To Adapt It To Visitors, By M.Sc. Eng. Arch.
