1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Adapting The Rooms Of A Municipal Building For The Purposes Of Creating A Bowling Alley, A Multimedia Shooting Range And Service Rooms, Along With The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment.2) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Adapting The Building Rooms To The Designed Function Of A Bowling Alley, A Multimedia Shooting Range And Service Rooms, As Well As The Delivery And Installation Of Devices And Equipment For These Rooms.3) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Performance Of Construction Works, Incl. Including: - Construction Works; - Demolition And Renovation Works; - Electrical And Telecommunications Works. B) Delivery And Assembly Of Devices And Room Equipment, Including: - Bowling Alley: A 2-Lane Rope Bowling Alley, Equipped With Elements And Devices Specified In The Design Documentation, Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz; - Multimedia Shooting Range: A Training System For Conducting Basic And Specialized Shooting Training, Equipped With Elements And Devices Specified In The Design Documentation, Constituting An Integral Part Swz; - Service Rooms: In Particular The Reception Desk, Furniture And Lighting Elements.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Bills Of Quantities And Design Documentation, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.5) The Offer Price Should Be Calculated By The Contractor Based On The Offer Cost Estimates, Prepared On The Basis Of The Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.6) When Calculating The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include In The Cost Estimates Bids, All Items Described In The Bills Of Quantities. The Contractor Cannot Also Make Changes To The Offer Cost Estimates. The Contractor Should Report All Errors Disclosed In The Swz To The Ordering Party Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
