All Contractors Employees Carrying Out The Subject Of This Contract Must Be Employed On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26/06/1974. - Labor Code, I.E. Each Hour Of An Employee Performing Activities Subject To The Contract Will Be Worked Out Exclusively Under The Employment Contract. In The Case Of Additional Washing, The Ordering Party Requires The Car Wash To Be Operated By 2 People. The Above Requirement To Employ Employees Under An Employment Contract Does Not Apply To Additional Cleaning Services Ordered By The Ordering Party. 4. In Order To Verify The Contractors Employment Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Subject Of The Service, The Ordering Party May Request In Particular: 1) Submission To The Ordering Party Of A Certificate From The Relevant Zus Branch (Rca), Confirming The Payment Of Social And Health Insurance Contributions By The Contractor For All Employees Participating In The Provision Of The Service Covered By This Contract, 2) The Contractors Declaration On The Employment Of The Employee Under An Employment Contract, 3) The Employees Declaration.5. The Principles Of Employment, Control And Violation Of The Obligation To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Help Of Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Are Described In Detail In The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To This Swz.6.
