1. One-Time Delivery Of Desulfurization Granules In A Total Amount Of 45 Tons [Hereinafter Referred To As Granulates].2. Cleaning Of Free-Standing Reactor Tanks No. 1, 2 And 3 [Respectively Called R1, R2, R3, Collectively Reactors] Of The Landfill Biogas Desulfurization Installation Located On The Premises Of The Waste Management Plant Operated By The Employer In Łężyce Commune. Wejherowo, Together With The Removal Of The Granulate Contained In The Tanks And Its Replacement With The Delivered Granulate Indicated In Point 1 [Hereinafter Referred To As Cleaning].3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) One-Off Delivery Of Desulfurization Granules For Filling Three Desulfurization Reactors In A Total Amount Of 45 Tons, 15 Tons For Each Reactor (The Amount Of Granules Delivered Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Scale) - The Granules Will Be Delivered In Big-Bags With A Capacity Of At Least 1 M3; 2) Ensuring The Transport Of The Material To The Ordering Partys Headquarters (For Proper Unloading, The Truck Will Have Tilting Sides) - The Contractor Remains The Owner Of The Granules Until Final Acceptance;3) Technical Nitrogen 4.0 Will Be Used To Passivate The Used Bed In An Amount Of Not Less Than 11 Cylinders With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 10 M3 Each At A Pressure Of 200 Bar, Provided By The Contractor;4) Supervision Of The Bed Replacement By An Authorized Employee Of The Contractor - Supervision Will Include, Among Others: A) Organization Of The Contractors Work, B) Passivation Of The Bed, C) Supervision Over The Cleaning Of The Reactors From The Used Bed, D) Supervision Over The Correct Charging Of The Reactors With New Desulfurization Granulate, E) Putting The Reactor Into Operation - F) Confirmation Of The Effect Of Its Proper Operation*, G) Handing Over The Subject Of The Order For Operation To The Ordering Party. *Note: The Correct Operation Of The Desulfurization Reactors After Replacing The Granulate Will Be Confirmed By Three Measurements Of The H2s Hydrogen Sulfide Content At The Reactor Outlet. These Measurements Will Begin At Least Three Hours After The Reactor Is Put Into Operation And Will Be Performed At Three-Hourly Intervals. Measurements Will Be Made Using A Biogas 5000 Biogas Analyzer Owned By The Ordering Party. Measurements Of The Desulfurization Efficiency Will Be Carried Out By The Employers Representative In The Presence Of The Contractor.5) The Work Of Replacing The Granulate And Cleaning The Reactors Must Be Performed Assuming That Only One Reactor Is Disconnected From Operation At A Time;6) Shutting Down The Reactor Intended For Bed Replacement By Closing The Dampers Shutting Off The Desulfurization Reactor At Its Inlet And Outlet;7) Passivation Of The Spent Bed Using Inert Gas - Technical Nitrogen 4.0;8) Cleaning Of The Reactors Using A Vacuum Loader;9) If The Bed Is Found To Have Solidified - Manually Remove The Granulate Remaining In The Reactors;10) Filling Each Of The Three Reactors With New Granulat
