1. The Ordering Party Commissions And The Contractor Accepts The Execution Of A Public Contract, The Subject Of Which Is The Supply Of Infrastructure For The Commune Of Brzesko In Order To Create A Safe, Integrated And Efficient It Environment That Will Ensure Business Continuity, Data Protection And Quick And Safe Access To Key Information Resources. The Main Aspects Of The Environment Will Include Securing The Network Against Threats, Monitoring Incidents, Managing Access To Resources And Protecting Against Data Leakage, Which Will Enable Monitoring And Management Of The Infrastructure In Real Time And Guarantee The Security Of Critical Data Of Citizens And The Office. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver: Matrix And Server Components.3. General Requirements For Equipment: 1) All Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Without Defects And Damage, Unrefurbished, Unused And Not The Subject Of Exhibitions And Presentations, And, Unless Otherwise Specified In The Specific Requirements For Devices, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025. 2) All Devices Will Come From The Official European Distribution Channel Intended For The Polish Market. 3) The Devices Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Using Its Own Transport And At Its Own Expense To The Municipal Office In Brzesko. All Devices Must Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Packaging,4) All Devices Should Comply With Eu Standards And Intended For The Eu Market, And Should Have A Ce Certificate.5) The Delivered Equipment Should Be Complete And Ready For Operation, So That It Is Not Necessary To Purchase Additional Components Or Accessories,6) The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Confirmation Of The Equipment Warranty And Ensuring That The Equipment Is Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty. 7) The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Contract For The Fault-Free Operation Of The Equipment Delivered Under The Contract. 8) The Manufacturers Warranty Granted Does Not Exclude The Ordering Partys Warranty Rights Towards The Contractor.
