1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Implementation And Launch Of The Soc (Security Operation Center) Service At The Ordering Party; 2) Provision Of The Soc Service As A Service (Security Operations Center As A Service) Using The System Provided By The Contractor. 2. The Contractor Must Perform All The Tasks Described In The Requirements For The Ordering Party Using Resources Located In The European Union.3. The Contractor Must Have And Maintain Throughout The Entire Contract Period: 1) An Iso27001 And Iso22301 Certificate, At Least In The Scope Of Handling Reports And Responses To Security Incidents; 2) A Soc Environment That Meets The Requirements Of Kri, Ksc And Gdpr; 3) The Ability To Provide Services 24/7/365.4. The Conditions And Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
