1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of New Khaki Uniform Rank Insignia (Sheaths) From The Current Production, 2,000 Pairs Of The Above. Signs Of Degrees In The Basic Order. 2. The Items Of Uniforms Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Must Be New And Must Come From Current Production. 3. Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor May Inspect At The Ordering Partys Office (00-463 Warszawa, Ul. Podchorążych 38) Samples Of Items Currently Used By Border Guard Officers (After Prior Arrangement Of The Date Of The Visit With The Person Authorized To Communicate With The Contractors). 4. After Signing The Contract, Before Starting The Target Production, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Template Of The Subject Of The Contract (2 Copies) Together With The Required Documents - Within 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Detailed Information Is Included In § 2 Of The Draft Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3A To 3E To The Swz.5. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For Each Item Of The Order Is 24 Months From The Date Of Its Release From The Warehouse For Use, While The Period Of Its Storage By The Ordering Party In The Warehouse Is A Maximum Of 5 Years. 6. If The Subject Of The Contract Is Released For Use After The Expiry Of Its Storage Period, The Warranty Referred To Above Does Not Apply. 7. The Contractor Selected During The Public Procurement Procedure Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party (According To The Scope Of The Offer Submitted By Him). 8. The Contractor Will Complete The Basic Order Within 90 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
