1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Educational Materials For Learning English And The Granting Of A License For A Digital Educational Platform For Learning English To The Kindergarten Located At The Address Of The Primary School. Pioneers Of The Oil Industry In The School And Kindergarten Complex In Sękowa .2. Educational Materials Will Be Delivered In Batches, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party Reported To The Contractor. Each Request Will Include An Indication Of The Number And Type Of Sets Of Materials Ordered. The Ordering Party Will Submit A Request For Materials Separately For The Second Half Of The 2025/2026 School Year And Each Subsequent School Year. Delivery Of Materials Will Be Made On Working Days From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Planned Delivery At Least Three Business Days Before Delivery By Sending Information To The Ordering Partys E-Mail Address. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A License To The Digital Educational Platform For Learning English To The Ordering Party. Access To The Digital Educational Platform Should Cover The Second Half Of The 2025/2026 School Year And The 2026/2027, 2027/2028 And 2028/2029 School Years. Therefore, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Access To The Educational Platform For The Second Half Of The 2025/2026 School Year And Each Subsequent School Year, I.E. From September To June Of A Given Year, In Accordance With The Request Submitted By The Ordering Party. Licenses Activated In The Second Half Of The 2025/2026 School Year And Each Subsequent School Year Must Be Valid At Least Until The End Of A Given School Year, Regardless Of Their Activation Date.4. The Order Includes The Successive Delivery Of A Maximum Of: 1) 8 Starter Kits For A Owp Teacher To Implement A Bilingualism Program; 2) 250 Teaching Kits For A Child To Implement A Bilingualism Program; 3) 150 Teaching Kits For A Child To Implement A Bilingualism Program (Kits To Expand And Consolidate Childrens Skills); 4) 20 Access Licenses To The Bilingual Education Educational Platform For Teachers Without Knowledge Of English And English Language Teachers.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least 60 Months Warranty For The Delivered Devices And Software.
