Expression of Interest for Supply of Electronic Measurement Devices for Roadside Inspection. Description: Supply of specialized electronic measurement devices to enhance roadside inspections of heavy goods vehicles, buses, and other road transport operators by State Transport Inspectorate. The equipment includes 10 opacimeter (vehicle emission analysers), 19 EOBD readers, 10 dosimeter (radiation meter), 10 pyrometers/laser thermometers and 2 portable scales (weighting platforms), together with necessary training for State Transport Inspectorate, enabling inspectors to effectively detect and enforce transport violations related to emissions, weight limits, vehicle diagnostics, radiation levels, and temperature sensitive cargo. This improved inspection capability will contribute to increased road safety and compliance within the transport sector.
