The Intended Procurement Includes The Delivery And Installation Of A Scanning Electron Microscope For High-Resolution Imaging Of Solid Samples In Both The High Vacuum Range And The Low Vacuum Range For Non-Conductive Samples. The Sem Must Be Able To Process 8-Inch Samples And Consist Of Electron Optics, A Sample Chamber With An Integrated Lock, Stage, Its Own Cooling System, Detectors, Vacuum System, Control Computer And The Corresponding Control Software. Particular Attention During Procurement Is Placed On Increased Flexibility Of The Sem When Examining Non-Conductive Samples Such As Various Oxides (Variable Pressure), The Ability To Quickly Vary Between Very Low And High Beam Currents, And The Ability To View Magnetic Or Magnetizable Materials.
