Automatic Fare Collection – Modernization Of Parking Machines Ii. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Modernization Of Parking Meters. These Are Mainly The Following Activities: • Development Of The Target Concept; • Delivery Of New Pas, Their Installation And Initialization. Ensuring Unlimited Access To Dc; • Realization Of The Supply Of Dc, Carrying Out Its Implementation; • Execution Of Integration Of Pa (Dc) With Cis; • Execution Of Pa (Dc) Integration With The Selected Acquirer; • Conducting Training Of Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority For Operation And Maintenance Of Pa (Dc); • Handing Over The Necessary Documentation For The Proper Use Of Pa (Dc); • Ensuring The Delivery Of All Necessary Licenses For Operation Of Pa (Dc); • Ensuring Dc Operation, Which Will Be Installed On The Suppliers Servers; • Ensuring The Delivery Of Thermal Paper To Pa According To The Clients Operational Needs And The Supply Of Spare Parts; • Provision Of Service And Preventive Activities; • Ensuring Flawless Operation Of The Pa (Dc). The Contracting Authority Allows Delivery Of Pa (Dc) In Two Variants: A) Without Provision Of The Services Of The Acquirer And At The Same Time Without Provision Of Services For The Operation Of Contactless Payment Card Payment Terminals Under The Conditions Specified In The Technical Specification, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Draft Contract (See Annex No. 3 Zd). The Supplier Shall Prove Their Fulfillment, For The Purposes Of Submitting The Offer, By Submitting An Affidavit, See Appendix No. 6 Affidavit - Without The Services Of The Acquirer. Non-Fulfillment Of These Conditions Will Be Considered As Non-Fulfillment Of The Tender Conditions And The Contracting Authority Will Exclude Such A Participant From Further Participation In The Relevant Part Of The Tender Procedure. B) With The Provision Of The Services Of The Acquirer And At The Same Time With The Provision Of Services For The Operation Of Contactless Payment Card Payment Terminals Under The Conditions Specified In The Technical Specification, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Draft Agreement (See Annex No. 3 Zd). The Supplier Shall Demonstrate Their Fulfillment, For The Purposes Of Submitting The Offer, By Submitting An Affidavit, See Appendix No. 7 Affidavit - With The Services Of The Acquirer. Non-Fulfillment Of These Conditions Will Be Considered As Non-Fulfillment Of The Tender Conditions And The Contracting Authority Will Exclude Such A Participant From Further Participation In The Relevant Part Of The Tender Procedure. In The Event That The Supplier Chooses The Option Of Providing The Services Of The Acquirer And Simultaneously Providing The Services Of The Operation Of Contactless Payment Terminals, The Contracting Authority Requires The Supplier To Submit A Draft Of A Separate Contract For The Services Of The Acquirer And A Draft Of A Separate Contract For The Services Of The Operation Of The Contactless Card Payment Terminal As Part Of Its Offer. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure All Activities Connected With The Subject Of Performance And To Include These Activities In The Total Bid Price. In This Context, The Contracting Authority Points Out That The Services Of The Acquirer And, At The Same Time, The Services Of The Operation Of Payment Terminals Are Not The Subject Of Bid Evaluation.
