The Procurement Includes The Standard And Specially Sized Bag Filters, Wide Surface Filters, Hepa Filters, Activated Carbon Filters, Cartridge And Small Machine Filters And Filter Mats Specified In The Request For Tenders, As Well As Other Filters Presented In Annex 1 Energy Cost And Product Cost Basket Of The Request For Tender. During The Contract Period, Subscribers Can Also Order Other Filters From The Suppliers Selection From The Contract Supplier, Which Is Why The Supplier Selected As The Contract Supplier Is Required To Have A Sufficiently Wide Selection Of Filters. High Quality Is Required From The Products In Order To Achieve Appropriate Indoor Air Quality And To Reduce The Total Costs Of Indoor Ventilation. One (1) Tenderer Who Meets The Conditions Of The Request For Tenders Will Be Selected As The Contract Supplier Based On Overall Economics. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Possibility To Extend The Contract With Two (2) Option Years, One Year At A Time. The Acquisition Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Quantities (Weighting Factors) Presented In The Tender Request And Its Attachments Are Estimates Of The Number Of Filters Needed During 1 Year.
