The City Of Salo (Hereafter The Procurement Unit/Customer) Requests Bids For The Procurement Of Camera Surveillance Systems And Related Services In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Maintenance And Upkeep Of The Citys Camera Surveillance Systems, The Purchase And Installation Of New Camera Surveillance Systems, And The Updating Of Old Camera Surveillance Systems In Properties Owned And Rented By The City. The Procurement Includes The Camera Surveillance Systems Suitable For The Purchase, Their Data Transmission Equipment, And Accessories Related To The Installation And Maintenance Of Camera Surveillance Devices And Systems. In Addition, The Procurement Includes The Necessary Work Regarding The Introduction Of Systems, Troubleshooting And Repair Work, Maintenance Work, Programming Work And Other Work Related To Planning And Documentation, As Well As Contracts Including Installation, Modification And Repair Work. The Central Goal Of The Procurement Is To Combine And Unify Several Camera Surveillance Systems And Units Used By The Customer Into One Manageable, Interoperable Unit, Where Devices From Several Manufacturers Can Be Connected In Accordance With The Onvif Standard. The Goal Is To Utilize Existing Onvif-Compatible Devices As Much As Possible And To Avoid Supplier Lock-In So That The System Can Be Expanded And Maintained In A Controlled Manner During The Contract Period. The Three Biggest Equipment In The City Of Salo At The Moment Are Hikvision, Mirasys And Dahuan Brand Camera Surveillance Systems. The Acquisition Includes The Controlled Merging (Consolidation) Of These Current Systems And Taking Into Account The Compatibility Of The Transitional Phase, So That The Existing Devices Are Utilized As Much As Possible And Upgrade Or Replacement Solutions Are Presented For Those That Are Not Compatible. The City Of Salo Is The Unit That Maintains The Camera Surveillance And The Server Administrator.
