Refuse And Waste Related Services – Textile Waste Collection And Management Service. The Purpose Of This Document Is To Regulate The Conditions By Which The Collection And Management Service Of Used Clothing And Textile Waste Must Be Governed By The Mancomunitat Intermunicipal De Serveis Públics Insulars Deivissa. All Of This Taking Into Account The Obligations To Provide Said Service In Accordance With The Application Of National Law 7/2022 On Waste And Contaminated Soils For A Circular Economy And Autonomous Law 8/2019 On Waste And Contaminated Soils Of The Balearic Islands. Likewise, It Also Includes The Transfer Of The Material To Plants And Treatment Centers And Its Subsequent Management, In Accordance With The European Waste Management Hierarchy, Through Preparation For Reuse, Recycling Or, Finally, Energy Recovery Or Disposal. The Supply, Installation, Maintenance And Replacement Of Containers For Collecting Used Clothing And Textile Waste Within The Territorial Scope Of The Contract Is Also Included Within The Object Of The Contract. Likewise, As This Is A Contract Reserved For Special Social Initiative Employment Centers (Ceeis) And Socio-Labor Integration Companies (Eis), The Objective Of The Contract Is Also To Promote The Integration And Socio-Labor Training Of People In Situations Of Social Exclusion.
