Software-Related Services – Multi-Year Maintenance Of Dmz Network Tunnels And Bridges. Dmz Network Of Tunnels And Bridges The Municipality Of The Hague Had A Dmz Network Designed, Delivered And Integrated In 2018-2019 To Operate And Monitor The Road Tunnels And Bridges More Efficiently. A Dmz (Demilitarized Zone) Network Is A Secure Subnetwork That Provides An Additional Layer Of Protection Between An Internal Network And External Networks, Such As The Internet. The Following Objects And Locations Are Connected To The Dmz Network Of Tunnels And Bridges Of The Municipality Of The Hague: Road Tunnels: Victory Boogie Woogietunnel; Hubertus Tunnel; Kings Tunnel; Bridges: Binckhorst Bridge; Laakbrug; Trekvliet Bridge. Locations: Scheveningen Control Center; Secondary Control Center; Town Hall The Hague. When Realizing The Network, The Municipality Of The Hague Agreed On A Maintenance Contract With The Implementing Party For A Maximum Period Of 7 Years. This Maintenance Contract Expires In September 2026. Assignment In Order To Keep The Dmz Network Available And Reliable, The Municipality Of The Hague (Hereinafter: Client) Wishes To Conclude A Multi-Year Maintenance Contract With One Contractor Through This Tender Procedure With An Initial Term Of Six (6) Years. The Client Wants The Dmz Network To Continue To Function Independently And Securely With High Availability And Reliability. Maintenance Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That All Systems Continue To Function Within The Set Failure Definitions. The Client Wishes To Enter Into A Performance-Oriented Maintenance Contract For Multi-Year Maintenance. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Determine Within The Maintenance Contract Which Work Must Be Carried Out To Meet The (Functional) Requirements Of The Client. The Client Wants To Make The Contract With The Contractor As Results-Oriented As Possible. This Is Reflected In The Inclusion Of Requirements In The Field Of Availability And Reliability Of The Network In The Schedule Of Requirements. The Contractor Is Expected To Fully Relieve The Client Of The Operational Management And Maintenance Of The Dmz Network. The Following Activities Generally Fall Within The Scope Of The Assignment (Not Exhaustive): Preventive And Corrective Maintenance; Installation Responsibility; Maintenance Registration; Fault Registration And Analysis; Stock And Warehouse Management; Information Management; Reporting And Consultation; Continuous Improvement. The Scope Of Maintenance Concerns The Network Systems That Belong To The Dmz Network In (Technical Areas Of) The Various Objects. The Objects And Locations Are Connected With Fiber Optic Cables In A Network Configuration. These Fiber Optic Cables Are Leased Lines From Ziggo And Are Not Part Of The Scope. The Current Maintenance Contract For The Dmz Network Expires On September 8, 2026. In Accordance With The Planning (See Section 2.3), The Contract Can Be Awarded From July 31, 2026.
