Construction Work For Electricity Power Lines – L424 110-Kv-Ltg. Winkeln - Mörschwil, Cable Pipe Block. 1.1 Introduction The City Of St. Gallen Is Planning To Expand The Settlement And Build On Empty Plots Of Land In The Winkeln District, Which Are Spanned By An Axpo Grid Overhead Line. In Order To Take The Interests Of The City Of St. Gallen Into Account And To Enable The Expansion Of The Limited Living Space, Axpo Is Considering Cabling In The Affected Section. The Project Submitted To The Federal Heavy Current Inspectorate (Esti) Includes The Measures For Cabling The Mörschwil - Winkeln And Häggenschwil - Winkeln Lines In The Section From Mast 10 To Mast 16. Two Cable End Masts (10A And 10B) Will Be Erected For Both Lines, From Which The Line Will Be Routed As A Double-Strand Cable Line To The New End Mast, Mast 16N. The Cable Route Crosses The Adjacent Sbb Tracks And Crosses Under The Existing Ravine To The North. In The Area Of ​​Mast 16N, The Cable Route Runs Next To A Local Childrens Playground.
