Telecommunications Equipment And Supplies – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Tetra Radio Terminals And Associated Services. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement, Concluded With A Company Or Group Of Companies, Is The Supply Of Professional Radiocommunication Equipment Of The Tetra Type As Well As The Associated Services Necessary For The Operation, Maintenance And Development Of The Semitan Radio Network. It Includes In Particular The Following Services: - The Supply Of Tetra Equipment And Materials, New Or New Equivalent, Compatible With The Existing Infrastructure (Terminals, Accessories, Modules, Spare Parts, Mapi If Applicable), - The Provision Of Associated Services, Including In Particular Installation, Configuration, Commissioning And Testing, - Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Equipment, Including The Supply Of Necessary Parts, - Technical Assistance, Support, Expertise And, Where Applicable, Training Of Users Or Teams Technical, - More Generally, Any Service Necessary To Maintain Operational Condition And The Development Of The Equipment And Services Covered By The Framework Agreement. This Is A Framework Agreement For Single-Awarded Supplies, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 1,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Over Its Entire Duration, Renewals Included, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R. 2162-4 2° Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement Is Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R. 2162-2, Paragraph 2, Of The Public Procurement Code
