Description: The World Bank Group (WBG) requires consulting services to achieve better land administration outcomes using Result-based approaches. a. Design a business model that leverages privatesector participation in the collection (primary and secondary), updating, integration, and maintenance of geospatial, cadastral, and other landrelated data. Recommend viable mechanisms and incentive schemes, (including the use of RBF approaches) to foster privatesector investments. b. Provide consulting services and technical specifications to design an innovative prototype model for the integration and use of geographic, cadastral, and land data in selected municipalities of Colombia.
