For Separate Item No. 5 Milk And Milk Products, Separate Item No. 6 Fresh Fruits And Vegetables, Separate Item No. 7 Bread, Bakery And Pasta Products, According To Regulation No. H-1 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement*, Separate Item No. 8 Meat, Meat Products, Fish And Eggs, According To Ordinance No. H-1 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products, Subject To Public Procurement*, Separate Item No. 9 Perishable Food Products, Spices, According To Ordinance No. H-1 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement*, Separate Item No. 10 Vegetable And Fruit Preserves, According To Ordinance No. H-1 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement*, Separate Item No. 11 Milk And Milk Products, According To Ordinance No. H-1 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement* And Separate Item No. 12 Fresh Fruits And Vegetables, According To Ordinance No. H-1 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement*, The Contracting Authority Takes Advantage Of The Opportunity Provided By The Legislator Under Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act And Will Award Them In The Order Valid For Their Individual Estimated Value Through Direct Awarding (Pursuant To Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act). The Total Value Of The Withdrawn Items Is Eur 17,800.00 Excluding Vat And Is Less Than 20% Of The Value Of The Public Procurement (Eur 17,960.00 Excluding Vat). **Minimum Mandatory Environmental Requirements For Organic Food Products. Food And Beverages Included In The List Of Organic Food Products Must Have Been Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 Regarding Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And Repealing Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 Of The Council And Its Implementing Acts. The Main Objectives Of The Order Are: - Provision Of Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food For Children In Childrens Restaurants; - Ensuring A Correct Regime, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Food Law And The Normative Acts On Its Implementation; - Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which Children Are Fed; - Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Food Products Are Needed. The Type And Quantity Of Food Products Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Indicated Estimated Quantities Of Food Products In The Specifications Are Indicative/Approximate And Non-Binding For The Employer.
