Condition Analysis Shows That The Facade Has Extensive Moisture Damage And A Lack Of Ventilation. Total Rehabilitation Of The Facade, Windows And Doors, As Well As Sun Screening, Will Be Carried Out. A Condition Analysis Of The Facade Construction Has Been Carried Out, The Condition Designation Has Been Set To Tg 3 – Major Or Serious Deviation. Valhalla Health Center Was Built In 1998. The Building Currently Functions As A Health Center With The Following Functions: Valhalla Health Center Provides 24-Hour Treatment With Shorter Stays. There Are No Permanent Nursing Home Places Here. The Health Center Offers Short-Term Places, Rehabilitation And Emergency Care Overnight Stay (Øhd). The Health Center Has A Total Of 78 Places. 14 Beds For Rehabilitation, 56 Beds For Short-Term Care And 8 Beds At Øhd. There Is Interdisciplinary Collaboration Between Nurses, Skilled Workers, Doctors, Physiotherapists And Occupational Therapists. The Health Center Has Its Own Cleaning Staff. On The Buildings 1St Floor, Adjacent To The Øhd Department, The Municipal Response Center (24-Hour Operation), Emergency Call Center And The Municipalitys Ambulatory Blood Sampling Service Are Located. The Building Will Be In Full Operation Throughout The Construction Process, Which Requires Good Project Management To Minimize Disruption.
