The Principal Has A Unilateral Option To Extend The Contract By 2 Years, One Year At A Time (1+1). The Competition Is Conducted As A Competition With Negotiation. The Contract Between The Principal And The Operator Will Be Based On The Main Principles Of A Gross Contract, Which, Among Other Things, Means That All Ticket Revenue Accrues To The Principal.
