The Service To Be Contracted Must Contemplate The Management Of Organic Waste Generated At The Fruit And Vegetable Stalls At The Communitys Free Fairs And At The Drop Off Points. This Waste Must Be Temporarily Disposed Of In A Larger Volume Container Or Equipment, Which, Once It Reaches Its Maximum Capacity, Will Be Transferred To A Recovery Plant To Continue The Process Of Being Transformed Into Compost. A Part Of The Compost Generated Will Be Returned To The Municipality, With The Purpose Of Being Distributed Among The Participants In The Process, Such As Neighbors, Fruit And Vegetable Stall Managers, Or In Other Municipal Activities Determined By The Technical Inspector Of The Its Service.
