Taking Into Account The Complexity Of The Patients Received By The San Pablo De Coquimbo Hospital, Given That It Is A Reference Establishment Within The Healthcare Network Of The Coquimbo Region, The Purpose Of These Rules Is To Regulate The Qualification Process Of The Bidders And The Evaluation Of The Offers That The Hospital Will Carry Out, In Order To Have The Equipment For The Hospital, Determined In The Acquisition Agreement By Equipment Video Bronchoscope Sub.29 For The San Pablo De Coquimbo Hospital”, Ensuring The Acquisition Of High-Quality And Technological Specialized Medical Equipment, Which Meets The Specific Standards And Requirements Indicated In These Bases, In Order To Provide Effective And Quality Medical Care To The Patients Of The San Pablo De Coquimbo Hospital. The Administrative Bases And Their Technical Specifications Establish The Conditions That Will Govern The Tender And The Subsequent Contract That Is Concluded To Comply With This Objective.
