The Following Works Are To Be Performed: 1) Dismantling And Demolition Works, Execution Of Floors, Construction Of Partition Walls, Repair Of Ceilings, Execution Of Wall Coverings, Painting Of Walls, Installation Of Internal Doors, Installation Of Bathroom Cabins, Washbasins, Toilet Bowls And A Shower Tray, Installation Of Mineral Wool Insulation In The Attic, Renovation Works In The Basement, 2) Modernization Of Electrical Installations, 3) Replacement Of The Internal Central Heating Installation. The Contractors Scope Also Includes: - Commissioning And Commissioning Of All Devices And Installations Together With The Necessary Documentation, - Participation In The Acceptance By The Competent Authorities In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Detailed Scope, Requirements And Conditions For Performing The Works Covered By The Subject Matter Order Were Specified In The Construction And Technical Designs, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annexes To This Tor. The Contractors Obligations Under The Task And The Offer Price Include: 1) Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Construction Practice And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Provisions Of Construction Law, On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In This Contract And With Due Care And Within The Contractual Deadlines; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And Quality Of The Incorporated Materials.
