1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse At Ul. Sejneńska 84.2. The Facility Will Be Intended For Storing Goods And Non-Flammable Materials, Such As: Tools, A Device For Filling Sand Bags, Rescue Tents, Mobile Floodlights, Etc. The Investment Is Aimed At Increasing Storage Capacity And Improving Internal Logistics.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Performance Of The Following Works: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation (Land Development, Construction Design And Technical Design Of All Industries); B) Preparation Of Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order; C) Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of Construction Works; D) Execution Of Construction Works Including The Delivery And Assembly Of All Elements; E) Execution Of Connections And Internal Installations; F) Development Of The Area Around The Hall (Road, Maneuvering Area); G) Obtaining A Permit For Use Or Effective Notice Of Completion Of Construction; H) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation/Inventory. 4. Design Documentation Regarding The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. Technical Documentation Should Take Into Account The Provisions Of Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law. I.E. In The Case Of Contracts Intended For Use By Natural Persons, Including Employees Of The Ordering Party, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Prepared, Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, Unless This Is Not Justified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Requirements Referred To In Paragraph 1 Result From An Act Of European Union Law, The Subject Of The Contract, In Terms Of Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, Is Described By Reference To This Act.6. Pursuant To Art. 4 And 6 Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs, The Minimum Conditions For Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs Have Been Indicated In The Documentation.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures Safe Movement Of Disabled People By Preventing The Creation Of Both Horizontal And Vertical Barriers That Constitute Difficulties In Movement By Eliminating Level Differences That Could Arise During The Works, Designating Movement Zones For Pedestrians And People In Wheelchairs Enabling Safe Movement And Protecting Against Accidental Entry Into The Construction Works Zone. 8. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation Where The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications
