1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 560910K In The Town Of Węgrzce Wielkie, I.E. Ul. Starowiejska In Węgrzce Wielkie, Consisting In The Renovation Of The Above-Mentioned Roads At Km 0+000 – 0+495. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: Road Drainage Works: - Desilting Of Watercourses, - Cleaning Culverts And Manholes From Silt, - Replacement Of Crossing Grates For Vehicular Traffic On Mogul Channels, Road Works: - Milling Of Asphalt Surface, - Leveling Of The Existing Base With A Mineral And Bituminous Mixture, - Surface Made Of Mineral And Bituminous Mixtures, Roadside And Road Works Exits: - Cutting Of Roadsides, - Roadsides Made Of Crushed Stone.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Task Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And Technical Documentation, Which Constitute Attachments To Swz.4. Before Commencing Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Obtain Approval Of A Design For Changing The Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That At The Request Of The Gas Plant In Krakow, The Replacement Of The Low-Pressure Gas Network With Medium-Pressure Gas Network Will Be Carried Out Simultaneously With The Reconstruction Of The Gas Network. Due To The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Coordinate The Works On The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road With The Works On The Reconstruction Of The Gas Network. The Works Should Be Synchronized With The Contractor Performing The Above-Mentioned Construction Works For The Gas Plant In Krakow. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Protocol Access To The Construction Site Area To The Contractor Performing The Above-Mentioned Works In The Field Of The Gas Pipeline, And To Cooperate In Order To Successfully Implement The Works In The Field Of Road And Gas Investments.5. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents, I.E. In Particular In The Technical Documentation, In The Bill Of Quantities And In The Detailed Technical Specifications. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Together With Its Description Or Standards.7.
