1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Server, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1.2. The Offered Materials Must Be Brand New, Unused, Safe, Complete And Ready For Use.3. Whenever In This Tor The Ordering Party Indicates Specific Standards, Processes Or Products That Could Lead To Restriction Of Competition, These Provisions Should Be Interpreted As Exemplary Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of An Equivalent Subject Of The Contract, Provided That The Offered Subject Meets The Minimum Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Burden Of Proof In This Respect Rests With The Contractor
