The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The Teaching Base In The School And Kindergarten Complex In Lisewo, Stage I, Which Is Implemented As Part Of The Program Entitled: New Quality Of Education In Primary Schools In The Lisewo Commune Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania 2021-2027 Program. Part 1 Of The Order: Delivery Of Equipment And Supplies For The Terminal Laboratory, Scope Material Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Part Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of Brand New Equipment, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Carry Out A Test Of Correct Operation, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Of The Equipment To The Extent Specified In Annexes No. 1.1 To The Swz, Together With Its Transport, Bringing, Assembly, Setting In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The School And Kindergarten Complex In Lisewie, B) Prototype Products Are Not Allowed, Devices Stored For A Long Time Or Those Coming From Manufacturers Sales Programs Are Not Allowed. The Devices Cannot Be Included In The Manufacturers End-Of-Sale, End-Of-Support, End-Of-Life List Or Other Lists Maintained By Product Manufacturers Indicating That The Product Has Been Withdrawn From Sale, Support For It Has Ended Or The Manufacturer Is No Longer Issuing Updates, Security Patches Or Repairs For The Product, C) Delivery Of The Required Operating Instructions In Polish (If Applicable) With The Order, D) Delivery Of Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order, E) Delivery Of Documents Along With The Order Warranty Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All The Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. Necessary For The Proper Operation (If They Are Required For The Proper Operation Of The Product).
