The Subject Of The Order Are Supplies And Services Related To The Implementation Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project: Cluster Delivery (Server, Matrix And Network Card) - The Devices Must Be Brand New, Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Sales Channel And Represent The Model Of The Current Production Line. Refurbished, Demonstration Or Post-Exhibition Devices Are Not Allowed. - Devices With Legal Defects In Terms Of The Origin Of The Equipment, Technical Support And Manufacturers Warranty Are Not Allowed. - The Components Of The Devices Must Be Products Of The Device Manufacturer Or Be Certified By Him, And The Entire Device Must Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty. - Devices Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Manufacturers Original Packaging. - Each Device Must Be Accompanied By A Set Of Standard User Documentation In Polish Or English In Paper Or Electronic Equipment. - The Devices Cannot Be Modified At The Stage Of Delivery Between The Manufacturer And The Ordering Party. - All Offered Equipment (Server And Matrix) Must Have One Point Of Warranty Repairs. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Configuration Of The Offered Devices Along With The Offer. This Will Allow The Offers To Be Checked In Terms Of Compliance Of The Offered Equipment With The Provisions Of The Opz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Definition Of The Minimum Requirements Is Presented In The Annexes To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
