Statutory Audit Services – Appointment Of A Permanent And Alternate Auditor Of The Sem Lpa. Framework Agreement For Single-Award Purchase Orders With A Maximum Value Set At 270,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 6 Years. This Exemption From The Legal Duration Of Framework Agreements Is Duly Justified By The Purpose Of The Contract In Accordance With Article L2125-1 Of The Public Procurement Code. Indeed, Article L821-44 Of The Commercial Code Expressly Provides That The Term Of Office Of The Statutory Auditors Is 6 Financial Years.
