The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Dismantling And Dismantling Of Two Existing Solid Fuel Boilers Along With Their Scrapping, 2) Demolition Works In The Existing Solid Fuel Boiler Room - Concrete Elements, Plinths Under The Boilers, 3) Replenishing The Floors Under The Plinths, 4) Repairing Damaged Places In The Walls, 5) Painting The Walls, 6) Replacing The Wall Tiles, 7) Cleaning And Pressure Washing Of The Old Boiler Room, 8) Replacing The Subfloor To The Level Of Load-Bearing Soil For The Foundation Slab, 9) Construction Of A Foundation Slab Of C30/37 Concrete, 10) Delivery And Assembly Of A Protective Shelter In A Steel Structure For Outdoor Boilers, 11) Insulating The Existing Walls In The Boiler Room With Mineral Wool, 12) Drainage Of The Roof Of The Shelter, 13) Delivery And Installation Of A Stainless Steel Chimney System For Exhaust Gas Discharge, 14) Installation Of External Standing Condensing Boilers With A Capacity Of 150 Kw Each, Together With Accessories In Accordance With The Technology Adopted In The Documentation, For The Needs Of The Central Heating Installation, 15) Flue Gas Discharge And Ventilation, 16) Installation Of Basic And Emergency And Evacuation Lighting For The Boiler Room, 17) Installation Of Power Supply For Devices In The Boiler Room, 18) Replacement Of Window Joinery With Ei120 (2 Pieces) Along With The Replacement Of Internal And External Window Sills, Installation Of Anti-Burglary Bars, 19) Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory. The Contractor Is Also Obliged, At His Own Expense, To: Prepare The Documentation Necessary To Register The Devices With The Office Of Technical Inspection, Obtain A Positive Result Of The Acceptance Tests And The Decision Authorizing The Operation Of The Devices And Prepare The Documentation In Order To Sign The Application To Conclude An Agreement For The Supply Of Gas Fuel (If Required By Applicable Regulations).2.2 The Designed Heat Source Will Be Located Outside The Building Under A Newly Built Shelter. The Facility Will Be Equipped With A Dn 65 Connection To The Municipal Low-Pressure Natural Gas Network. The Planned Completion Date Of The Gas Connection, In Accordance With The Concluded Agreement For Connection To The Gas Network, Is Until April 30, 2026. 2.3 Active Facility And Must Be Organized In Such A Way That They Do Not Threaten The Safety Of Students And Do Not Cause Difficulties In The Schools Activities.
