The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment In The Form Of Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Its Implementation: Construction Of A Laboratory Building For The Investment Titled Construction Of The Research Center For Unmanned Aerial Systems At The Rzeszów University Of Technology In Rzeszów. The Planned Investment Will Be Located In Rzeszów, At Ul. Emilii Plater, Plot Registration Number: 1775/52, 1775/54, Precinct 207. The Implementation Of The Facility Is Understood As Preparing Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Performing Shell And Finishing Construction Works, Providing The Necessary Utilities. In Terms Of Material And Financial Matters, The Contractors Task Is To Provide All Appropriate Installations Necessary For The Proper Functioning And Operation Of The Facilitys Equipment. As Part Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Obtain Both A Building Permit Or Other Equivalent Administrative Decision On The Basis Of Which The Investment Described Above Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Decision On The Occupancy Permit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs In Accordance With The Accessibility Standards For Cohesion Policy 2021-2027 (In Particular Point Vi.
