1) Location: The Sports Field Is Located On Plot No. 193/4, 192/4, 191/1, 190/1, Precinct 0006 Jordanów Śląski Commune. Jordanów Śląski.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation And Stwior: A) A Current Map For Design Purposes, B) A Plot Or Area Development Design, C) An Architectural And Construction Design, D) A Technical Design, E) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, F) Technical Conditions Of Network Administrators, Decisions, Opinions And Possible Arrangements Along With Obtaining Final Decisions Or Other Documents Allowing The Commencement Of Construction Works.3) The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Football Pitch On A Synthetic Surface With The Following Parameters: 60M X 100M (Playing Field 56M X 90M). The Location Of The Pitch Remains Unchanged.4) The Subject Of The Order, In Addition To The Modernization Of The Pitch, Also Includes The Design Of A 100 M Athletics Track And A Long Jump Hill. 5) Due To The Soil And Water Conditions, Drainage Of The Pitch And Athletics Track Should Be Designed Through A Drainage System. 6) Design Work Must Be Preceded By The Preparation Of A Concept And Agreement On Its Final Version With The Ordering Party. Based On The Agreed Concept, The Contractor Will Proceed With Further Design Work.7) The Design Documentation And Stwior Must Include Solutions Enabling Access And Use Of All Elements Of The Complex By People With Disabilities.8) The Development Design Of The Plot Or Area Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, I.E. Art. 34 Section 3 Point 2 Of The Construction Law. This Design Should Include A Descriptive And Drawing Part (On A Current Map For Design Purposes, One Original Of Which, Certified By The Appropriate Local Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center, Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party).9) The Architectural And Construction Design Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, I.E. Art. 34 Section 3 Point 2 Of The Construction Law. The Design Should Include A Descriptive And Drawing Part, In Particular: Spatial Layout And Architectural Form Of Existing And Planned Building Structures, Intended Use Of The Objects, Characteristic Technical Parameters, Geotechnical Opinion And Information On The Method Of Foundation Of The Object, Designed Material And Technical Solutions Affecting The Surroundings (Including The Environment), As Well As A Description Of Accessibility For People With Disabilities.10) The Technical Design Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 34 Section 3 Point 3 Of The Construction Law.
