1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path And A Bicycle Path Located Along The District Road No. 2521G Człuchów - Polnica - Provincial Road No. 212 As The Second Stage Of Implementation, On A Section Of 7.314 Km Along With Accompanying Elements. The Road Route Runs From Built-Up Areas To Forests, Fields And Wasteland. The Route Connects The Town Of Kiełpinek With The Town Of Polnica. The Investment Will Include: • A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, A Bicycle Path And A Pedestrian, Bicycle And Road Section, • Two Bicycle Traffic Service Areas (Morr), • Reconstruction Of Exits, • Reconstruction Of Drainage Elements And Restoration Of Ditches, • Reconstruction Of An Existing Culvert, • Construction Of Lighting For Four Pedestrian Crossings, Including Two With Lighting Of The Transition Zone, • Construction Of Pedestrian Roads In The M. Polnica, • Construction Of A Bus Bay With A Platform, • Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Road Traffic Safety Elements, • Land Development Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment. The Task Is Planned To Carry Out Construction Works, Such As: Preparation Of The Area, Construction Of A Roadbed, Substructure, Bituminous Works, Installation Of Vertical Markings And Road Safety Devices, Execution Of Horizontal Markings, Drainage Works And Finishing Works. The Current Investment Does Not Require The Removal Of Trees And Bushes. The Felling Of Trees, Which Had To Be Taken Into Account In The Entire Project, Took Place During The Implementation Of The First Stage Of The Investment. The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Has Two Types Of Surface - Different Depending On The Area Through Which It Leads, I.E. Asphalt - Non-Urban And Urban Sections (Polnica) And Aggregate Mixture 0-31.5 - Forest Sections (In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The State Forests). The Sides Will Be Made Of Kł 0-31.5 Mm, Exits In The Structure Bituminous, Pedestrian Crossings With A Surface Made Of Textured Tiles, A Bus Bay With A Surface Made Of Irregular Stones And A Platform Made Of Concrete Cubes.
