1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Rooms Of The Feeding Block In The Building Of Kindergarten No. 37 At Ul. Szlenkierów 8 In Warsaw.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works, Which Include, Among Others: The Following Elements: A) Construction Works: - Chipping And Applying New Plasters Together With Painting And Making New Claddings With Glazed Ceramic Tiles In The Kitchen (Floor 0) And The Utility Room (Floor +1); - Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery While Maintaining The Existing Dimensions Of Door Openings; - Renovation Of Floors In The Kitchen (Floor 0) And The Utility Room (Floor +1); - Removal Of Service Windows In The Kitchen. (Floor 0) And Utility Room (Floor +1); - Replacement Of Equipment In The Feeding Block. B) Works In The Electrical And Sanitary Installation Industry: - Replacement Of Electrical Installation Equipment, Water And Sewage Systems, Ventilation And Air Conditioning.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Requirements Regarding The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In:3.1. Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz:A) Inventory - Description And Drawings;B) Architectural And Construction Design - All Industries;C) List Of Equipment Elements;D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;E) Bills Of Quantities For Information/Auxiliary Purposes.3.2. Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template - Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out At An Active Facility, I.E. The Building Of Kindergarten No. 37 At Ul. Szlenkierów 8 In Warsaw. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Exclusion Of The Active Kindergarten Facility From Operation. The Minimum Nuisance Of Works And Deliveries Should Be Ensured, Both At The Entrances To The Building And Adjacent Areas. 5. Information About The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide This Contract Into Parts, As Such A Division Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. It Cannot Be Ruled Out That, Despite Making The Necessary Efforts And Coordinating The Works, One Contractor Will Cause Damage To The Works Completed By The Other. The Value Of The Contract Indicates That Contractors From The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise Sector May Apply For It.6. Pursuant To § 3 Section 2 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For His Business With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 250,000.00 (In Words: Two Hundred And Fifty Thousand Pln 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Cover His Contractual And Tort Liability. 7.
