Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Development of Geographic Information System (Gis) and Remote Sensing Software and Integration with the Drought Early Warning System (DEWS). Contracting Authoritys response Joint tender/Consortium as described in the PRAG 2025 is allowed and the number of economic operators coming together for that purpose is not limited. However, the following conditions apply: i) The grouping must submit one single tender that complies with the requirements ii) The consortium/JV (Joint tender) must designate one member as the leader, who will act as the main contact with the contracting authority. iii) All members of the JV/consortium are jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract. iv) Each member must individually comply with the exclusion on honor criteria under Section 2.4.2. of the PRAG 2025 Tender Link : https://www.dffe.gov.za/tenders
