Tenders are invited for Supply & Installation of Surgeon Operating Stool - Eye Theatre. Non-Refundable Fee: 3,000.00 Bid Security: 8,700.00 01. Method of Procurement is National Competitive Bidding Procedure (NCB). 02. To be eligible for award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted. 03. A Pre-Bid Meeting which representatives of potential bidders may attend with a proper authorized letter will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 02.04.2026 in Medical Superintendent Conference Room, Base Hospital, Akkaraipattu. 04. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Development Officer, Finance Division, Base Hospital, Akkaraipattu and bidding documents can be inspected free of charge on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. 05. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested qualified bidders from the Development Officer, Finance Division, Base Hospital, Akkaraipattu on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. up to 15/04/2026 by submitting following documents: (Bidder should forward this documentary proof at the time of obtaining the Bidding Documents) I. A written request. II. A certified copy of original business registration certificate and NMRA certificate. III. Should have the experience in related business for at least 3 Years. IV. If not the bidder is Manufacturer, Bidder should have the written authority from the Manufacturer for selling the Items. V. A receipt for payment of a non-refundable fee (Document Fee). 05. All bids should be accompanied by a bid bond as specified in the bidding documents. 06. Sealed bids in original & duplicate must be delivered on or before 16/04/2026 at 10.00 a.m. either by post under registered cover or may be personally deposited in the tender box available for this purpose at Accountant Office. Late bids will be returned unopened. 07. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids at below address and bidders or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of bid opening.
