1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces Of County Roads In The Jarocin County Using Hot Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, Emulsion And Grit, Performed With A Patcher Type Road Renovation Machine. Estimated Amount Of Mass To Be Incorporated: - Mineral And Bituminous Mixtures - 350 Tons, - Emulsions And Grits - 350 Tons.2. The Ordering Party Will Determine The Scope Of Works In The Form Of Written Or Telephone Orders For Individual Renovations, Setting The Deadline For Their Completion. After Receiving The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Carrying Out The Renovations In Accordance With The Deadline Specified In The Order And Complete Them Within The Time Specified In The Order.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, But Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of Mass To Be Incorporated During The Execution Of The Order Is: - Mineral And Bitumen Mixtures - 100 Tons, - Emulsions And Grits - 100 Tons. In The Event Of A Quantitative Limitation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. In Such A Case, The Contractor May Only Demand The Remuneration Due To Him For The Performance Of Part Of The Contract.4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Minimum Warranty And Guarantee Period For Partial Renovation Using Hot Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures Is 12 Months From The Date Of Fault-Free Acceptance Protocol.5. The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For Partial Renovation With Emulsion And Grit Using A Patcher Road Renovation Device For A Period Of 12 Months.6. The Requirements For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Related To The Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Of County Roads In The Jarocin County And The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Detailed Technical Specification And The Draft Agreement Constituting Annexes No. 1 And 6 To Swz.7. Any Indication In The Order Documents Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Only Of Exemplary (Exemplary) Nature And The Submission Of Offers Containing Equivalent Solutions That Meet All Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In The Order Documents Is Allowed. Whenever In The Order Documents The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Act, E.G.
