Indicative services include: Design and supervision of infrastructure works; Digital extension services and climate-smart advisory services; Surveys, baseline studies, yield assessments, and market/value-chain analyses for rice and cassava; Mapping and profiling of farmers, farmer organizations, MSMEs, and value-chain actors; Business development services (BDS) and technical assistance to agribusinesses and enterprise support organizations; Development of SAPZ policy instruments, manuals, and community action plans; Development, configuration, and installation of an integrated M&E system in line with IFAD ICT4D standards. These services will be implemented across Kano State, Ogun State, and the National Coordination Office (NCO).
