Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at the Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture,Kanniya Road, Varothayanagar, Trincomalee soon after closing, and in the presence of the bidders/ represent- atives who choose to attend. The cover should be closed. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid Security of Rs 220,000.00 and Bid Security valid till 2026.08.03.
