Purpose Of Procurementpursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (Erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Ksu - Roll-Up Doors And Loading Docks To The Kennesaw State University (The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp.1. Purposekennesaw State University (Ksu) Is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified Contractors To Provide Comprehensive Inspection, Preventive Maintenance, Repair, And Replacement Services For Roll-Up Doors, Loading Docks, Dock Levelers, Seals, Bumpers, Safety Devices, And Related Accessories Across Both Campuses. The Intent Of This Contract Is To Ensure The Continued Safe, Reliable, And Efficient Operation Of All Loading Dock And Door Systems In Compliance With Osha, Ansi, And Manufacturer Standards. This Agreement Supports Ksu¿S Mission To Maintain Operational Readiness, Reduce Downtime, And Extend The Service Life Of Critical Access And Loading Infrastructure.2. Scope Of Work2.1 Services To Be Provided· Routine Inspections: Perform Scheduled Inspections Of Roll-Up Doors, Loading Docks, Dock Levelers, Dock Seals, Dock Shelters, Safety Equipment, And Related Accessories.· Preventive Maintenance: Lubrication, Adjustments, Cleaning, And Part Replacements As Recommended By Manufacturer Specifications And Industry Best Practices.· Repairs: Corrective Repairs Of Damaged Or Malfunctioning Equipment, Including But Not Limited To: Door Panels, Springs, Cables, Dock Plates, Bumpers, Seals, And Mechanical/Electrical Components.· Emergency Response: Provide 24/7 Emergency Service For Roll-Up Doors And Loading Dock Systems Critical To Campus Operations.· Replacement Services: Provide Cost Estimates And Execute Full Replacement Of Roll-Up Doors, Dock Levelers, Bumpers, And Accessories When Beyond Economical Repair.·&Nb
