Kiinteistö Oy Vantaa Jönsaksentie 4 (Hereafter Also The Procurement Entity) Tenders The Installation Contract For The Refrigeration Equipment Of The Myyrmäki Health Center In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. Procurement Target The Contract Concerns The Renewal Of The Water Cooling Machine And The Modification Of The Pipelines For The Renewal Of The Cooling Machine And The Addition Of Lto For The Condensing Heat. The Contract Includes The Dismantling Of The Current Water Cooling Machine And Condensers And Pipelines. The Scope Of The Demolition Work Is Presented In The Demolition Plans For Hvac Systems. Existing Hvac Systems Can Be Found In The Contract Area. The Contract Also Includes The Lifting And Hauling Of New And Old Equipment Into Place. The Contract Includes The Electrification Of New Equipment With The Necessary Cables. Connecting The New Water Chiller To The Rau System Is Included In The Contract. The Content Of The Contract Is Described In More Detail In The Contract Documents Attached To The Tender Request. Contract-Time The Contract Can Be Started Immediately After Signing The Contract. The Contract Must Be Fully Completed And Received No Later Than June 30, 2026. The Contractor Must Prepare A More Detailed Work Schedule For The Clients Approval Before Starting The Work. The Implementation Of The Works Must Take Into Account The Restrictions Caused By The Use Of The Property And Any Interruptions In Use Must Be Agreed Separately With The Customer. Procurement Procedure This Is A Construction Contract Procurement Exceeding The National Threshold In Accordance With The Act On Public Procurement And Right Of Use Agreements (1397/2016). The Procurement Follows An Open Procedure. In An Open Procedure, All Willing Bidders Can Submit A Bid. Tenders Must Be Drawn Up And Submitted In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The Familiarization Tour Will Be Organized On 27 March 2026 From 12:00 To 14:00. The Bidder Must Register For The Familiarization Tour In Advance By Email (Jukka.Satola@Vivamus.Fi). For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That No Additional Information Affecting The Content Of The Offer Or The Pricing Will Be Given During The Familiarization Visit, But All Questions Regarding The Tender Must Be Submitted In Writing In Accordance With The Question Procedure Stated In The Request For Tender.
