1.Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission & Distribution Company, invites sealed bids from the original manufacturers/authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers etc. registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate and are on Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue, for supply of Subject Items 2. A set of e-bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. 3. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are also available and can be download from EPADS on or before 09.04.2026 till 15.00 hours. Price of the bidding documents is Rs. 1000/- in the shape of CDR/Pay order/DD while earnest money (in original), for the amount as mentioned in SOR (Appendix-B) in the form of a bank Draft/Pay Order or a Bond (Bid Bond) issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening shall be accompanied with along with hard copy of Bid as mentioned in bidding documents. 4. E- bids must be submitted through EPADS at F-26031780938. 5. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at Procurement Department, SNGPL Office, 04 Km Multan Khurd Dhok Tali Tarap ada on or before 09.04.2026 at 15.00 Hours (closing time). Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 15.30 Hours. 7. Faliure to submit original bid as per Sr. No. 05 will render the bids submitted through EPADS as non-responsive.
