The Mission Entrusted To The Project Manager Will Be A Project Management Mission Determined In Application Of The Legislative And Regulatory Provisions In Force Relating To Public Project Management And Its Relationship With Private Project Management (Articles L2430-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code). The Missions Are Detailed In The Competition Regulations - Application Phase. The Part Of The Forecast Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work Is 4,312,000 Euros Excluding Vat. The Overall Forecast Duration Of Execution Of The Project Management Contract, Including The Mission Elements Carried Out During The Year Of Perfect Completion And Possible Subsequent Additional Missions Is Estimated At 48 Months. The Competition Is Organized In Two Phases: - First Phase: Candidates Submit A Complete Application File Allowing The Conditions Of Participation To Be Verified. At The End Of This First Phase, Three Candidates Will Be Invited To Participate In The Second Phase. - Second Phase: Participants Anonymously Submit A Sketch+ Level Project File. Each Team Will Be Made Up Of: - An Architect Registered With The Order (Group Representative). - One Or More Technical Design Offices Specializing In The Following Building Sectors: Vrd; Structure ; Fluids And Thermal; Electricity; Fire Safety System; Acoustic Treatment; Signage; Construction Economist; Scheduling, Management, Coordination (Opc). The Absence Of One Of These Skills Within The Candidate Team Will Result In The Automatic Rejection Of The Application. Candidates Will Be Selected On The Basis Of: - Financial Capabilities, Assessed Based On Turnover; - Professional Abilities, Assessed Based On The References Produced By The Candidates; - Technical Capabilities, Assessed Based On Workforce And Professional Qualifications Or Equivalents
