Catering Services - Provision Of Public Catering Services In Szeged. A Traditional Public Meal From August 1, 2026 To July 31, 2028 For The Staff And Employees Of Nurseries, Mini Nurseries And Kindergartens Maintained By The Municipality Of Szeged County And Educational Institutions, Dormitories And Vocational Training Institutions Operating As Part Of The School District Center And Vocational Training Center, As Well As Employees Of Certain Institutions In The Administrative Area Of Szeged Provision. In The Case Of A Lunch Menu, With The Provision Of An A-B Menu, With The Exception Of The Kindergarten And Nursery Age Groups. Usage Data: Approx. On An Annual Average: • 934 Daycare Centers, • 3,578 Daycare Centers, • 6,024 Elementary School Days, • 959 Middle School Days (Of Which 225 Daycare Meals Are Provided For Children On Holidays), • 561 Dayday Meals For Dormitories, And • 650 Dayday Meals For Customers With Employed (Adult) Catering Staff, • Annual Average Approx. 204,144 Servings Of Breakfast, 1,523,365 Servings Of Lunch, 2,177,952 Servings Of Hot Lunch (Of Which 4,292 Servings In The Framework Of Holiday Meals For Children), 1,460,653 Servings Of Snacks, 44,975 Servings Of Hot Dinners For Normal And Dietary And Other Special Services. • As Part Of The Contract, Approx. 11,926 Portions Of Lunch/Food Day Will Be Procured. The Procuring Entity Determines The Deviation From The Specified Quantity Values By -20% Or +10% As Planned, With The Fact That The Procuring Entity Intends To Enter Into A Business Contract As A Result Of The Public Procurement Procedure, Where The Actual Quantities To Be Used May Differ From The Portion Numbers Fixed In The Public Procurement Procedure Due To Changes In The Number Of Employees. These Changes Do Not Require An Amendment To The Contract. The Portion Numbers Specified In The Kd Are Only Planned, The Bidder Is Not Required To Call/Order Them, And The Successful Bidder Cannot Claim Compensation Or Invoicing As A Result Of This, Subject To Technical Description 2.1. Also To The Provisions Of The Successful Bidder Shall Ensure The Introduction And Maintenance Of Self-Service (So-Called Free Pick-Up) Catering With A Scheduled Transition For The Institutions Specified In The Kd And The Technical Description. The Self-Service Serving System Allows Consumers To Independently, Locally, Freely, According To Their Own Needs, Choose And Portion Out Of The Dishes (Dishes) Displayed For Them From The Available Food. Consumers Can Choose Any Of The Dishes Served, In Any Order And In Any Quantity. During The Self-Service (Free Pick-Up) Meal, At The Meal Time Specified By The Institution, The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Provide At Least The Following Selection Of Food: • At Least One Type Of Soup • Two Types Of Main Course.
