Telecommunications Services - Procurement Of Mobile Telecommunications Services. The Hungarian University Of Agriculture And Life Sciences (Mate), As The Bidder, Is Launching A Public Procurement Procedure For The Procurement Of Mobile Telecommunication Services - Providing Voice And Data Communication - As A Result Of Which It Intends To Conclude A Framework Contract With The Winning Service Provider For A Service Period Of 24 Months. The Subject Of This Procedure Is A Mobile Phone That Provides Voice And Data Communication With Regard To The Office Subscriptions That The Bidder Wishes To Contract And Operate, As Well As - Within The Framework Of The Employee Support System Developed By The Bidder - The Subscriptions That The Bidder Wishes To Contract Individually By Persons Who Are Employed By The Bidder Or In Other Legal Relationships Related To Their Work (Hereafter Together: Employees) (Together: A University Fleet Containing A Maximum Of 10,000 Subscriptions At The Same Time) Constitute Telecommunications Services. The Quantity Of Subscriptions Affected By The Services That Are The Subject Of This Procedure: 1. The Quantity Of Subscriptions (Hereinafter: Office Subscriptions) That The Bidder Intends To Contract And Operate: A Maximum Of 2,000 Subscriptions At The Same Time, Of Which The Bidder Undertakes To Maintain And Operate At Least 1,000 Subscriptions At The Same Time Under The Scope Of The Framework Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Also Reserves The Right, During The Duration Of The Framework Contract To Be Concluded, To Use Additional Subscriptions In Addition To The Maximum Quantity (2,000 Units) Specified In This Point, But Up To The Absolute Maximum Of 10,000 Subscriptions For The Entire University Fleet, With The Conditions And Fees Applicable To The Basic Volume Of Office Subscriptions. 2. Quantity Of Subscriptions (Hereinafter: Employee Subscriptions) To Be Contracted Individually By Persons In An Employment Relationship With The Bidder Or In Another Legal Relationship For Work: Up To 8,000 Subscriptions (Up To 4 Per Employee) At The Same Time, The Bidder Does Not Undertake To Use Or Operate The Full Number Of Subscriptions. The Tenderer Wishes To Use The Following Services Within The Framework Of Mobile Telecommunications Services: - Voice-Based Service (Including Related Services, E.G. Sms, Mms), - Packet-Switched Data Transmission Services (E.G. Gprs, 2G, 4G, 5G), - As Well As Other Related Services Defined In The Technical Description That Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. The Minimum Technical Content And Conditions Expected Within The Framework Of The Services Are Detailed In The Technical Description, Which Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. A Reference To A Thing Of The Make Or Origin Specified In The Technical Description And Other Documents Of The Public Procurement Procedure, Or To A Specific Procedure That Characterizes The Products Of A Given Economic Operator Or The Services Provided By It, Or To A Trademark, Patent, Activity, Person, Type, Given Origin Or Production Process, Standard, Technical Permit
